Talking Drum Chocolates is a proudly African bean to bar chocolate company based in Ghana. They roast and grind their beans in small batches and package by hand while ensuring that ingredients are sourced ethically. They use Ghanaian beans grown in local farms to make the “proudly Ghanaian” single origin bars.

They specialise in dark milk chocolates which have high cocoa content, a generous amount of full cream and moderate sweetness.
