Pure, organic, un-hulled whole black sesame seeds (Sesamum indicum), sourced from the Michoacán, Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Jalisco regions of Mexico. It is earthy, nutty, and has an umami flavor. More intense and toasty/smoky than white sesame and crunchy texture. Also has a stunning gray-black color. No GMOs.
