It doesn’t get much simpler than that. And we think that’s just how it should be.
While whole flaxseeds are full of nutrients, they are very hard for the body to break down: ground flaxseed is much more readily absorbed. Fortunately, making ground flax is easy: just use your home mill, a spice grinder or a high-speed blender. You can even sprout our brown flaxseeds!
